We have developed the Scale inhibitor chemical called “Microsperse” which is very helpful in MEE to reduce the Scaling and increase the cleaning cycle. “Team of American Scientists has developed this specialise material which does not allow scale to stick to tubes and keep it in colloidal form” which results in higher efficiency of Heat Exchanger.

INFORMATION ON INGREDIENTS

This product is a proprietary formulation. It is primarily a mixture of polyacrylate and poly maleate homo & copolymers.

TOXICOLOGICAL INFORMATION

The estimated acute oral (rat) LD50 value for this material is > 5000 mg/kg. Direct contact with this material may cause minimal eye and skin irritation or dermatitis.

ECOLOGICAL INFORMATION

The product might be toxic to aquatic life. Suspended solids and other dissolved organic materials present in natural waters adsorb the product reduce its effective concentration and thereby its toxicity.

DISPOSAL CONSIDERATIONS

Do not dump into drains or waterways. Absorb spill material on inert absorbent and dispose of solidified material as special waste in accordance with all federal, state local or other applicable laws.

TRANSPORT INFORMATION

Not classified as hazardous in any class for any mode of transportation such as rail, road, sea or air.

MICROSPERSE

MICROSPERSE series of products are high performance liquid products specifically formulated for control of scale formation and fouling in both Single and Multi Effect Evaporators. They are very effective in avoiding deposition of scale forming salts like calcium, sulphates, silica and carbonates.
MICROSPERSE is anaqueous blend of homo and co-polymeric dispersants and antifouling agents. It is compatible with all types of industrial water systems. MICROSPERSE is hydrolytically stable over a wide pH range and temperature.
